Unfortunately, we ended our backyard chicken rental program. However, we still deliver the best backyard chicken products to the Atlanta area. 

No, at the moment we're an online only store that delivers to the Atlanta area. 

While we would love to have visitors we have strict biosecurity rules in place to keep our chickens healthy and happy. We can't have visitors to the farm but you can take a virtual tour of our set up and see our chickens on our YouTube channel. Click here to take a tour!

Returns

Our return policy on feed:
All of our feed that we deliver is guaranteed. If you purchased the feed from us directly and it is flawed or defective, please call us right away at 470-375-9969. We will need photographs and documentation of the problem as well as the lot sticker on the bottom of the bag. Any issues with feed must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Our return policy on backyard chicken products:

We will accept returns of backyard chicken products within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at email@CityChickatl.com to arrange a return. Products must be returned in new, unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping

If you live in the city of Atlanta, your order will be delivered within 2 - 3 business days. We deliver on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays (except for holidays). Cutoff times for orders are always 11 pm the day before. Order placed on a Tuesday at 5 pm? We'll have it delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered that following Monday. 

Our delivery area covers the city of Atlanta within the 285 perimeter. 

Yes! If you live outside of our delivery area we have a local pickup option. Contact us at email@citychickatl.com for more information. 

Yes! We ship products out of state (except our cedar chicken tractors). Once you place your order, you'll receive a order confirmation number. Most out of state orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once we ship your order, you'll receive tracking information via email. Shipping rates are calculated by carriers.
